Enclosed by scenic countryside, this family-run business offers spacious apartments for 2 to 6 guests. Spend the day relaxing on the sun terrace or discover the area on horseback. Children can play in the garden and pet the miniature horses, while parents unwind in the sauna or steam bath.

Landgut Haflingertränke Grubhof is near the cities of Kufstein and Innsbruck, making it the perfect base for both city excursions and sporting activities. Treat yourself to a hearty meal in the restaurant after a day on the slopes or hiking through Tyrol’s idyllic landscape. For horse lovers, the farm provides special riding lessons and, if needed, stables for guest horses.

Final cleaning (EUR 38 for an Apartment Type 1, EUR 46 for an Apartment Type 2) will be charged directly at the hotel. There will be higher charges starting at 13th December 2008.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 2 to 4 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 24.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 89 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
