Our apartment features a high quality fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with window. The lounge is aprox. 30m² in size and includes a covered balcony which faces southwest. The bedroom is approx. 35m² and is fitted with a roof balcony offering a wonderful view. The kitchen and bathroom are spacious, and a storage room is also available.

Established in 2006, the apartment has a large floor space of 75m², giving you plenty of room to relax amongst the pleasant and private surroundings. The building is situated in a private housing area of just 6 dwellings in a small village in central Germany. This provides you with all the peace and freedom that you desire, while its centrality means that the nearby cities are within easy reach.
