From Aberdeen Airport to the hotelby road - Join the a96 and drive south following signs to Dundee. Then join the a90 - South Anderson Drive - Anderson Drive and at the traffic lights at Great Western Road turn right onto the a93 - Braemar. The Spires Apartments are 100 yards on the right.

The Spires provides guests with fully serviced, luxury suites in the exclusive west end of Aberdeen. This exclusive development has been awarded 4 Diamonds by the RAC.

The Spires provides the perfect base for both leisure breaks and short or long business trips. Situated within walking distance of several restaurants and a small shopping parade including a supermarket and newsagent, The Spires is only a five minute bus journey from the city centre shops and nightspots. The location is also convenient for commuting to and from the various centres of business through out the city and its suburbs This exclusive development of suites is set within an imposing turreted granite building and have been awarded 4 Diamonds from the RAC. Each suite provides the guests with much more than a hotel bedroom: in addition to one or two bedrooms guests have their own private lounge, fully fitted luxury dining kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath. Our on site reception team will be delighted to assist you through out your stay, whether booking a table at a restaurant or providing local information the team will do their utmost to ensure your stay is a memorable one. Maid service is included. Dry cleaning, ironing and laundry services available (although all suites are fully equipped with an integrated washer/dryer, iron and ironing board). Leisure passes available for local gm facilities (with swimming pool), ample private parking, discounted restaurants, free film rental & free home grocery shopping service. These recently refurbished suites are decorated in a modern traditional style and have all the comfort one would associate with home. The suites are the ideal base for either a business trip or leisure break. Each suite is equipped with a large colour television, video player and satellite television and provides the ideal space to relax & entertain friends, family or business associates. The suite also offers the ideal base for the busy executive offering plenty of workspace, with the added advantage of direct dial phones equipped with data point for internet access.

The Spires Serviced Suites - Apartment - Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 3.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8.50 per person.
