Located in the cultural and going out area of St Georg, this hotel offers effortlessly elegant architecture, charming interiors decorated in ruby red, a feel-good ambience and straightforward, genuine hospitality.
In addition, this new hotel offers a spacious spa area with sauna, steam bath and light therapy, as well as 6 conference rooms which have a total area of 450m² and can accommodate up to 300 persons.

The interiors of our guest rooms see white oak complement warm red leather furnishings. Subtle bedside lighting and the shape of the bedhead symbolise the sun setting over the sea. A seamless connection to the water is represented by open bathrooms.
Our guest rooms and suites are divided into 3 categories: comfort rooms, suites and junior suites. All rooms feature tasteful furnishings and are equipped with flat-screen TV and DVD/CD player.
Our suites and junior suites are more spacious and also feature a three-piece suite and kitchenette.

Our restaurant "Facette" features large windows allowing a direct view of the world outside.
To get your day off to a good start we offer a generous breakfast buffet between 06:30 and 10:30. On weekends and bank holidays breakfast is available until 11:30.
Our diverse range of cuisine includes a selection of regional dishes. Every meal is freshly prepared using high quality, natural products.

Autobahn aus Richtung Osten (Berlin A 24) mit dem PkW
A 24 Richtung Hamburg, Rostock, Kremmen; die A 24 an der Anschlussstelle (1) in Richtung Elbbrücken, Zentrum, Stadion verlassen und auf den Horner Kreisel fahren; Kreisverkehr Horner Kreisel: 1. Ausfahrt in die Sievekingallee; geradeaus auf die Straße Bürgerweide; über die Wallstraßenbrücke auf die Wallstraße bis zum Lübeckertordamm; geradeaus auf den Steindamm ca. 340 Meter fahren.
Aus Richtung Süden (Hannover A 7) mit dem PkW
A 7 an der Anschlußstelle Horster Dreieck in Richtung Hamburg verlassen und dem Straßenverlauf ca. 2,5 km folgen; das Horster Dreick verlassen und zum Maschener Kreuz auf die A 1 wechseln; am Autobahnkreuz Hamburg Süd von der A1 auf die A255 Richtung HH – Georgswerder, A255, HH – Zentrum via B4, HH – Veddel via B75 fahren; nach 3 km die A 255 an der Anschlussstelle Hamburg – Veddel verlassen und auf die Veddeler Brückenstraße fahren; Straßenverlauf 2 km folgen, rechts in die Süderstraße biegen; nach 150 Metern links in die Hammerbrookstraße einbiegen und halb links in die Adenauerallee fahren; nach 380 Metern rechts in den Kreuzweg fahren und geradeaus den Steindamm entlang fahren.

Hamburg's new and surprising design hotel lies close to the main railway station in the St. Georg district, not far from the renowned "Lange Reihe".
This newly constructed building opened in September 2007 and offers unusual furnishings and interesting architecture. It has been designed with the wellbeing of our guests in mind.
"Rubin" is the German for "ruby", and the colour red is therefore a main feature of the hotel's design. This, in addition to glass elements and light woods, creates an aesthetic experience.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
