Our hotel consists of five individually themed and furnished floors. The names of the floors are: Avant-garde, Europa, Kunst (art), Blumen (flowers) and Mittelmeer (Mediterranean See).

All 103 bedrooms and suites are equipped with: cosmetic mirror, full-size mirror, , luggage rack, digital satellite TV with 25 international channels, Internet access (ISDN or analog access), individually controlled ventilation system, windows that open, quadruple glazing.

There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available. Please specify your preference when booking.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
