The hotel is located close to Blankenese, on Hamburg's most famous road, the Elbchaussee. Situated on a hill, it overlooks the river Elbe. Of all of the city’s buildings, it is one of the most steeped in history.

The topic of art is prominent here: the impressionist Max Liebermann stayed here in 1902, when he captured the view of the Elbe in oil. Today the hotel is home to one of the largest private art collections in northern Germany.

Please follow the Walderseestrasse and the signs for Blankenese
turn left into the Reventlowstrasse
the road joins the Elbchaussee, turn right
after a short drive along the Elbchaussee. You will reach Nienstedten and will see the Hotel Louis C. Jacob on the lefthand side.
