The recently constructed apartments are located in different buildings (in case you want to reserve various apartments, it is not possible to book all of them in the same building, but the distance between each building is only 500 metres).

The surrounding area is full of restaurants, cafes and bars and it is well communicated with the city centre and the road that leads to the beach of Malvarosa.
