If you are not a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival. The hotel can arrange a visa for you after your reservation is made. Please contact them via phone or email (details provided in your confirmation).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged AED 250.00 per night and person in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
