Cannes Croisette Prestige - Residence - Hotel information

The residence is composed of 2 buildings; one facing towards the Rue d'Antibes main shopping area and the other on a quiet back street. We offer the following amenities:
- Fully equipped kitchens with microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and more.
- 2 TV sets with satellite channels, Hi-Fi, and DVD player.
- Direct telephone line with your own number and WIFI connection (see below).
- Video, secure door and security camera in the lobby.
Also available on request: cleaning (20 euros per hour), kit linen (12 euros per apartment).

Cannes Croisette Prestige - Residence - Room information

Our 17 luxury apartments, all soundproofed and air-conditioned, are as follows:
- The 4 one bedroom apartments are approximately 50 square metres.
- The 12 two bedroom apartments range from 70 to 100 square metres, 3 of which are duplex.
- The four bedroom duplex apartment is 120 square metres.
Some of the apartments have either terraces or balconies.
The lounge is equipped with a comfortable, convertible sofa for two people, in addition to the beds in the bedrooms.
Each apartment has a private bathroom and separate toilet.

Cannes Croisette Prestige - Residence - Area information

The Residence is located right in the middle of the Rue d'Antibes, 5 minutes from the Croisette and its beaches, and 10 minutes from the Festival and Congress Palais.
Cruises (to Lérins Islands, St Tropez, Monte-Carlo) are available at the old harbour, 1.5 kilometres from the Residence.
Nearby entertainment includes Juan les Pins (Jazz Festival), Grasse (Perfume factories), Antibes (the old town), Biot (Glass artshop) and St Paul (art galleries).

Cannes Croisette Prestige - Residence - Travel information

If you arrive by plane, the nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.
To get to the Residence, you can take a taxi, or take the Airport shuttle bus direct to Cannes (running approximately every 30 minutes), stopping at either Gray d'Albion or Gare Routière/Place de l'Hôtel de Ville Terminus.
If you travel to Cannes by train, we are only 5 minutes walking distance from the railway station.

Ranging from 50 to 120 square metres, our 17 apartments are all soundproofed, air-conditioned and suitable for both family holidays and business trips.

Cannes Croisette Prestige - Residence - Important information

The hotel reception is open from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 17:30.
There you can pick up the keys to your apartment and a card for the car park, when applicable.
Please inform the hotel if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours in order to obtain the access code to your apartment.
A welcome package will be sent to you with your reservation.
The hotel’ staff can be reached by telephone.

Cannes Croisette Prestige - Residence - Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.

Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day.
