Swinoujscie is a beautiful spa town featuring a historic heritage, a wide beach and green areas. Our hotel itself includes a sunny terrace surrounded by a natural environment. The town’s spa status is continued in our hotel which features a jacuzzi, sauna and massage facilities.

Our hotel building’s architecture and decor are inspired by the town’s pre-war villas. This is a residence with a sense of elegance, housing fully-equipped, comfortable and contemporary accommodation decorated in pastel colours with refined furniture, traditional touches and simple interiors. Villa Jedynak - Residence - Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
