Our villas and condominiums all offer golf course/island views and/or ocean views. Spacious living and dining areas include cable TV and stylish decor with island charm.
Custom kitchens with microwave oven, dishwasher, and European cabinetry are featured in all accommodations. Also featured are large master suites with one king or two queen beds, private bath, spacious closet and cable TV. An additional bath and one or two spacious guest bedrooms with queen or twin beds are available. Washer, dryer, and ironing board are provided. Beautiful covered terraces with outdoor table and chairs can be enjoyed by all. Some villas include private pool and/or hot tub.

Tierra Del Sol Resort Spa and Country Club - Resort - Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
Up to two further children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged USD 91.50 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first three nights will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 22 % Tax is not included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
