Following an initial stage of extension work, accommodation in which has been available since Easter 2007, the hotel is now planning further expansion to accommodate many more rooms. This will soon make Tom's Hotel the largest of its kind in Berlin.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
